The strength of any community lies in its ability to support and uplift one another. This belief is at the heart of our MedSpeed Cares initiative, which reflects who we are and what we stand for. As we celebrate 25 years of making a difference, we remain committed to giving back to the communities that have supported us along the way.

For 2025, we are proud to focus on a cause that truly matters – blood donation.

MedSpeeders are encouraged to donate at local blood centers across the country. In addition to local donations, several of our locations, including our headquarters, will be hosting on-site blood drives, providing an accessible way for MedSpeeders to contribute.

Why blood donation?

Blood donations are crucial in providing lifesaving treatments, from emergency trauma care to long-term support for cancer patients, those with blood disorders, and individuals undergoing surgery. In fact, just one pint of blood can save up to three lives.

Beyond blood, donations of plasma, platelets, and red blood cells play vital roles in treating patients. Plasma helps burn victims and those undergoing surgery, while platelets are essential for cancer patients and others with clotting disorders. Simply put, donating blood is an act that can mean the difference between life and death.
