Logistics Service Representatives (Our Drivers)
MedSpeed is not like most other healthcare transportation companies. Instead of working as independent contractors, our Logistics Service Representatives (LSRs) are employees of MedSpeed and, as such, are compensated justly with access to a comprehensive suite of benefits. Customer Service Agents (Our Call Center)
MedSpeed’s central control center operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, out of our headquarters in Elmhurst, IL. We are seeking motivated professionals to join our team of Customer Service Agents (CSAs) in order to assist our customers with their critical on-demand needs. All of MedSpeed’s CSAs are employees of our firm. MedSpeed’s strong culture, competitive compensation and a comprehensive suite of benefits make our control center a fulfilling place to work.
