Elmhurst, IL, September 1, 2009 - MedSpeed LLC, a leading provider of integrated transportation services to the healthcare industry, announced today that it has entered into a collaboration with Proven Diagnostics (PDx) to manage and execute same-day transportation services. Located in Bethlehem, PA, Proven Diagnostics is a new venture launched by Geisinger Health System to provide medical professionals throughout Pennsylvania access to an array of clinical laboratory services.

Faced with a choice between building an internal operation or outsourcing to a specialist, PDx made the decision to work with MedSpeed.

MedSpeed worked with PDx prior to launching operations to integrate and streamline business processes for the movement of specimens and supplies.
